Minutes from Previous Meeting

Matters Arising from Previous Meeting:
- Alan provided three quotes for club flags. $150 - $200 sizing 2.2m, 3.5m or 4.6m delivery 2-4 weeks
- The Committee agreed to purchase 2 x teardrop 2.2m flags.
- Rochelle to send Alan the club logo

- OSPS School Fete – The Committee agreed to have a stall.
- Rochelle has letter from OSPS and will send confirmation email of intention to participate.
- Need to provide a marquee or a gazebo plus a table – perhaps some flyers and balloons with club logo? No decision made.
- John to provide portable netball ring
- Uniforms – John has created a uniform speadsheet.
- To email Rochelle for distribution to coaches. Return date by end of April.
- Grill’d – All coaches have been provided with the Player of the Day Awards.

We have a new U11’s Team getting ready for next season.

Existing Team to be registered into Kingston District Netball Association
Fundraising Objectives
- Questions posed by Alan for the Committee to think about
- What do we want to achieve as a club?
- Is fundraising to be part of club culture, club awareness?
- Our financial position should reflect what we want our club to be. What is this?
- Once we know this we can derive a financial position to reflect that.
- The Committee to consider this objective.
Teams Update
- Suggestion tabled that Coaches help other Coaches by watching their games and offer constructive feedback as a view from fresh eyes

Thursday nights – scratch matches between those teams training at Duncan McKinnon at similar times.
Vixens Game (All Teams)

The Committee has approved teams to attend the Vixens game on 18th May.

2 Adult tickets will be purchased (Coaches/Team Manager) along with the number of girls able to attend. Team Managers to advise the numbers.

Fundraising

Bunnings – Letter to be submitted with details of the club and why we want to raise money. This gets put into a draw which will then decide when we get the opportunity to host a sausage stall. No action point. To be tabled next meeting again.
