Trent Barrett visit

The East Coast Region of Country Rugby League, was extremely fortunate to have NRL & CRL Ambassador Mr Trent Barrett visit the Group 2 & NRRRL Areas recently.

Trent was a special guest at the Lower Clarence Magpies, Club training session on Monday night the 30th July, as part of the CRL Regional Club assistance program.

The Lower Clarence Club are currently working with the CRL Regional Area Manager on developing an improved Club Culture & Strategic Plan, for the future of the Historical Club.

Trent spoke at length with the Clubs Board, Coaches & Playing group, about his experiences & offered some practical advice on all aspects relating to the creation of a long term success at the Club.

On Tuesday the 31st July, Trent was also a guest speaker at both Urunga & Bellingen Primary School functions, sharing the great promotions offered by the NRL One Community Program.

The local Urunga Commerce Group, were also treated to a great interview conducted with Trent during a Business Breakfast at the Urunga Wharf Café where he also donated some signed CRL Apparel to assist with local funding raising events.
