VMX & Motocross - Results

Vinduro & Enduro - Results

VMX / MX / Vinduro / Enduro - Photographs

The Motocross track was generaly accepted as being challenging... Table Top's, Camel Jumps, Double Jumps, Triple Jumps, Washboard sections, Glorious wide Berms it contained all the features of a modern motocross track. Was interesting to see the VMX bikes and sidecars compete on a modern MX track!

MX track had it's own Sprinkler system run between events which kept the dust to a minimum.

8 Minute moto's tested the fitness level of competitors and most will attest that you had to be standing on the pegs for the best part of the lap, except for the large berms which were great to slam into and bounce out of.

The Vinduro had Teams of 2 and were required for a 2 Hour test across 3 properties. At around 10 minutes a lap with a rider changeover area, it was fast paced action. Timing was electronic and system worked faultlessly for all competitors. Fuel tanks filled to the brim, the Vinduro bikes raced around one of the best tracks in recent memory.

The Vinduro track was highly rated by all competitors, went through all terrain types, Gravel, Forest undergrowth, Grassy hillsides, long Grass paddocks, Stoney crossings, Clay pan, Dam crossing and had several Long straights that allowed riders to wind out to top gear. The tide did not play havoc with the marked track as the track is right on the coast and subject to tide variations.

Vinduro is not complete without some twisting through the trees and Pimpama did not dissapoint!

Check out the photo's and you will see that a great time was had by all - Ask competitors what they thought and most would agree that they cant wait for the next Pan Pac's to come around.
