Please note that both sessions for the Academy next Monday 24^th August have been cancelled due to Coach Unavailability and the Silver Ferns Test.

We will be extending the Academy another week to cover this missing week.

·         * The 4.30pm Session’s last day is scheduled for 7^th September.

·         *The 5.30pm Session’s last day is scheduled for 14^th September due to Johnsonville’s double booking on Monday.

The Netball Academy runs for 6 weeks in each term and is open to netballers aged 8 years to 15 years.

The Academy is run by Specially Trained Coaches for the programme.

Each session is fast paced, interesting and fun. The players are taught the importance of warm ups and warm downs, and cover movement skills and fitness, ball skills, shooting, attacking and defending. A modified game at the end of each session gives the players the chance to get some hands on practice of the skills they have learnt during the session.
