Anthony was a former Australian and NSW player who also represented the Eagles with pride and passion. He was an excitement machine when attacking and his skills will be long remembered.

14/16 Eagles Trials - CANCELLED Trials for the 14/16 Eagles sides for the 2010 14/16 Regionals have been CANCELLED due to insufficient teams nominating.
The teams will now be selected from the 2010 Junior State Cup. (Wollongong 20-21 Feb)
The 2010 14/16 Regionals will be held 17th-18th April at Orange.

Eagles 2010 NTL Teams Announced The Eagles Open and 20's sides for the NTL (to be held in Caloundra, Wed Mar 10 – Sat Mar 13, 2010) have been selected and available if you click on more --> below.
A huge thank you to all the players who attended. The selectors were very impressed with the standard and found the task of finalising the Open teams difficult.
Players not selected in the Open sides have been added to the Shadow Players list and are encouraged to remain positive as they displayed enough ability to indicate that they could compete at the NTL level.

Inaugural Northern Junior Championship NSWTA would like to announce the date and the venue for the inaugural Northern Junior Championship.
The venue will be Federation Park – Tenterfield.
The date will be 20th & 21st of March 2010.
Divisions will be Girls & Boys Under 10’s - 12’s - 14’s - 16’s & 18’s.
The final Divisional make up along with the length of the competition (1 or 2 days) will be determined by team entries.
NSWTA will have an Affiliate Booklet with the Nomination forms, entry costs along with Conditions of Entry out to all affiliates shortly.

Open & Seniors 2010 X-Blades National Touch League Touch Football Australia have announced the venue for the 2010 X-Blades National Touch League will be held in Caloundra on the Queensland Sunshine Coast. The venue for the event will be Stockland Park, Kawana.

Congratulations Brenton! Belated congratulations to Brenton Turner on being awarded his Level 5 Referee badge at the 2009 NTL held at Port Macquarie. This is an outstanding effort as he has progressed from the TRYS program, NSWTA State Cups, Country Championships, National Youth Tournaments and the National Touch League.
