1. 1ST LEVY DUE - $300.00 pp due Tuesday 30th April
2. NF DATABASE UPDATE
a) updating of your Squad members information into the database
b) There is a password & username whichcan be collected from Team Fiji office. This MUST NOT be given to the athletes or anyone else.
5. UNIFORM TRY ON'S
Will be conducted from 8th April.
- Team Officials please inform Team Fiji what time and day your team will be coming to do try-no's at FASANOC.
6. MEDICALS - Ifyou missed out on the medicals on Saturday16th Feb, you will need to wait for the next one. Details will be circulated by the medical commission.
- National Medical Card Registration Number - please ensure that you notify Team Fiji of your athletes national medical card numbers.
8. PASSPORTS - Prices for Passports are as follows;
1) $76.00 (7 working day passport)
2) $190.00 (URGENT passport, you get within 24hours)
3)$55.00 (Extension of old passport for 2years)
4)$190.00 (Lost passport)
- Team Officials please ensure that your Team members have a passport and it is valid. If you have athletes that don't have a passport, its best that they start lodging their passport application now and not leave it till the very last minute.
