Basketball Victoria Country will hold the 2013 Junior Club Championships over the weekend of October 5th and 6th in Bendigo.

Country Basketball Victoria is holding a U/12 Skills Day for players born in 2002 and 2003. The day is for players of all standards and abilities. The coaching program concentrates on the individual skills relevant for the players in the U/12 age group.

Check out all the results and reviews from last weeks games and previews for this weeks games inside. This round is sure to produce some close, well fought out games.

Geelong Basketball Netball Centre is holding a Level ‘0’ Coaches Course for anyone that is interested in learning more about coaching and about the game of basketball. It will be run at Covenant College on the 17/6 and 24/6 between 6:30pm and 8pm. The cost of the course is $20/person and covers both weeks, with all materials included. If you are interested in attending the course to learn more please email your name and club name to: info@gbnc.com.au.

The 14th Australian Masters Games will take place in Geelong this October, and the basketball program will be one of the biggest amongst the 57 sports on offer.

Registrations opened on Monday 18th March, and basketball is expected to attract over 800 participants.
