The Seaside Classic is an annual basketball competition which allows teams from all over NSW to compete against each other. This is an odd age tournament that is open to all players and teams of all abilities.

Port Macquarie Seaside Classic 2014 November 1st - 2nd. Waves are taking 6 teams this year to the seaside classic. 

Come on down to Charmhaven Laserblast Thursday 2nd Oct and have a BLAST with all your mates while raising money for the club. The fun begins at 4pm. See you all there.

Basketball Camp is running down at Niagara Park Stadium this October School holidays. Camp Starts 10am and runs till 3pm. Included is lunch and camp shirt. Come on down and have a day of FUN.

The 2014 Waves Presentation Night will be held at Gosford RSL 5 - 10pm. It will consist of a three course meal, drink vouchers, games, silent auctions and of course the presentation. Invitations will be sent to all players soon.

The State Shield is being played in Sutherland (U12 - 14) and Minto (U16 - 18). Our U18 women have qualified for this tournament.

The State Cup is being held this year in Sutherland (U12 - 14) and Minto (U16 - 18). Our U16 Men Blue and U18 Men have qualified for this tournament.

The Junior State Championships are being played 1 - 3 August 2014 (U12 - 14 are playing in Newcastle and Maitland) (U16 - 18 are playing at Niagara Park and Terrigal) with the Friday night games being played at Niagara Park Stadium then sat/sun at Terrigal Stadium. Our U18Men are playing Friday night 8.45pm then Sat 1.15pm and 8.15pm. 

Our Waves U18M have made it to the CPL finals which are being played at Maitland. The boys need to win the first game to continue to the Grand Final. Tip off for the boys is 2pm. 

2014 EJL Semi Finals weekend sees five Central Coast Waves teams making it to this stage. U12M, U16M Blue, U16W, U18M and our U18W are straight through to the Grand Final. The Semi Finals are being played in Maitland and the times are: U12M - 9am, U16M - 10.30am, U16W - 12.15pm, U18M - 12.15pm. Good Luck to all these teams and please come and support them.

The Boys face Port Macquarie Dolphins on the Saturday Night with Tip- Off at 4pm, then back up Sunday morning 10am to play Lismore Storm. This is the last home round for the boys. Grab your family, mates everyone and come and support the boys one last time on home turf for season 2014.

The Opals are taking on the U20 NSW Country Mens team. Come and see Australias Finest Womens Basketball Players take the boys on.

This Sat night 28th June our Central Coast Waves State League Men take on Newcastle Hunters. Tip off at 4pm. Come on down and support the boys.
