Rugby League Development Officer – Mid to Far North
Due to the departure of a Development Officer a position has come available in the Mid to Far North.Rugby League Northland in partnership with KiwiSport is looking to employ another Rugby League Development officer.
The Rugby League Development officer will be responsible for the delivery of the “Backyard League” Primary and Intermediate program, work with Secondary Schools to enter teams in the Adam Blair Trophy, deliver coach education and help to develop League at all levels from Clubs to Representative.
If you have experience in, coaching, teaching or sports development, have good communication skills, computer literacy, are able to prioritize your work load to succeed. You will need to be resourceful as well as passionate about Rugby League to go the extra mile. A full driver’s license is essential.
The successful applicant will need to undergo a police check as well asan attitude that reflects Rugby League Northlands core values “Tuakiritanga – Identity”, “Kōtahitanga – Unity”, “Rangatiratanga – Leadership” and “Matatikatanga – Honesty”
