FNSW Send Off Report

The Football NSW send-off report has been updated in 2016.

A Send-Off report is to be submitted where you dismiss a player in accordance with Law 12, or where you eject a coach from the technical area.

All appointed match officials must write a sendoff report involving R1, R2, R3 and R6 or an incident report for all technical area dismissals and outside agent issues, even if you didn’t see or hear anything. Only the referee is required to write send-off reports for R4, R5 and R7.

Go to the Football NSW page under Referee >> Resources

An Incident report must be submitted for any other misconduct.
