Match Day - After the Match

MATCH DAY - AFTER THE MATCH

Results of Matches to Football NSW

This is now the responsibility of the clubs.

Team Sheets and Caution Reports

These are supplied by the clubs and should be complete with team names and all players and substitutes listed and all copies handed to the referee before the start of the match.

At the end of the match the referee must complete all details, including the score and scorers. The authorised person from each team is to sign the team sheet verifying that all details on the sheet are correct at the end of the match. Referees' names should be printed in the spaces provided using full names.

The clubs are responsible for submitting the team sheets and caution reports to Football NSW.

DO NOT take the team sheets home with you. You will need to record separately for your own records details for send off and incident reports.

Match Fees

Match Fees are determined by Football NSW from time to time and communicated via a circular. They are usually found under the Referees section of the Football NSW website.

Caution Reports

The team sheet must be completed and a copy must be given to each club at the conclusion of the match.

Where cautions or send-offs are issued, the correct caution or send-off code is to be recorded. All cautions and send-offs must be recorded; failure to do so may result in disciplinary action.

If no cautions are issued to a team "no cautions" should be written on the form. Likewise if no send-offs are issued to a team “no send-offs” should be written on the form.

The Clubs are responsible for submitting the TEam Sheets to Football NSW. Do NOT take the team sheet home with you! Remember to record, before you leave, any players’ details that you may require to complete your send-off and incident reports.
