Swan Hill Soccer League 2012 Survey
Swan Hill Soccer League (SHSL) would like to review the 2012 winter competition and request players to complete the attached survey.
Surveys are to be placed in the box at the canteen and will be open until 15th September, 2012.
Your feedback is important and will assist the SHSL to work towards improving soccer in Swan Hill for you & other players.
