Day 8 - Swimming - Women's 50m Freestyle - Keesha Keane - Palau
16 year-old, Keesha Keane of Palau, swam in the Women’s 50m freestyle, in heat four on the eighth day of competition in the London 2012 Olympic Games at the Aquatics Centre. She swam with a total time of 28.25 seconds placing her in fourth place in her heat. However, unfortunately she did not qualify for the next round, but she should be very proud of her achievements and for making it on such a high platform. As a 16 year old she has a long time to improve and achieve many more things in her career, and we wish her all the very best in doing so!
