Day 8 - Weightlifting - Men's 85kg - Steven Kari - Papua New Guinea
Papua New Guniea’s Steven Kari competed in Men’s 83kg weight division of weightlifting on the eighth day of competition at the ExCeL Stadium in London. He lifted 140kg in the snatch and 180kg in the clean and jerk and his total lift of 320kg placed him 14th. It was a fabulous effort and his country should be very proud!
