Becoming a Coach There is a high demand for more coaches in Touch from grassroots level through to the elite. All you need is an interest in Touch and a willingness to be involved.

Coaches play a vital role in developing athletes through sport. They play a vital role in providing athletes with the skills and knowledge needed to develop, improve and succeed in Touch.

Coaches also have a major influence over participants' enjoyment of Touch. It is essential that coaches provide people of all ages the best possible sporting experience, which will ensure their continued participation and development in Touch.

Embarking on some training as a coach is an important first step to ensuring that you are on the right track with your involvement. Each State Association will be able to inform you when the next accredited Level 1 Coaching course is coming up in your area. more -->
