Badminton Oceania and Badminton New Zealand invite coaches from all around the Oceania region to the 2009 ‘Badminton Fundamentals’ Coaching Conference in Auckland. 2009 will be the 13th Coaching Conference run by Badminton NZ and we are excited to be running our 2009 event in conjunction with Badminton Oceania. It will be an opportunity to develop coaches from all over Oceania and help the sport’s development in this part of the world.
The 2009 event will be held at the Auckland Badminton Hall beginning 6.00 pm Friday 20th February running through to Sunday 22nd February.
The theme for the conference will be ‘Badminton Fundamentals’ and the content will be aimed at coaching young beginners and talented junior players. In attending you will be equipped with knowledge and ideas to take back to your clubs and associations and help grow our future champions and the future strength of badminton.
Coaching as a pursuit is credited with many positive influences for the individuals involved, the recipients of coaching and the community as a whole. Help yourself to realise your full potential as a coach through attending the 2009 ‘Badminton Fundamentals’ Coaching Conference.
