2007 Shell National Basketball League
The 1st round of both division I and division II conluded on February 13th 2007. Division I will play a round robin again in their 2nd round of the regular season. In division II, based on the rankings of the 1st round, the 16 teams were divided into 2 pools of 8 teams with the even number ranked teams on Pool I and the odd numbers in pool II. They will then play a round robin within their pool for their 2nd round of play. The rankings after the 1st round are:
Division I (Round robin again for the 2nd round)
Ngermid Rivals (8-1), Peched Raw (6-3), Breakers (6-3), Meda (6-3), Surangel Suns (5-4), Ididers (4-5), Islanders (4-5), Ikelauans (3-6), Styxers (3-6).
Division II (Odd number teams based on rankings)
Pool A - Stingers, Jaquars, Bullets, Mesang, Mesekiu, Ngiwal Central, Kabong, Klebokl
Pool B - Peches, Airai, Masons Hardware, Ngiwal Central, Blue Sharks, On Fire, Palau Pacific Resort, Kinsmen.
