2008 PNOC Sports Outreach programs
During the month of March, various sports programs were conducted in schools and communities throughout the island. The focus was mainly on youths in honor of the YOUTH DAY HOLIDAY. Basketball, Softball, Volleyball and Track and Field events were conducted. An estimated number of about 5,000 people (Players,fans, parents, teachers, coaches, officials etc.) took part in the various games. In the end everyone enjoyed the competitions and the festivities that fallowed.

- Aimeliik Elementary school - Basketball and Softball
- Ngatpang Elementary school - Basketball and Softball
- Ngaremlengui Elementary school - Basketball and Softball
- Koror Elementary school - Basketball, volleyball and sports presentations
- George B Harris Elementary school - Basketball & UK sports programs
- Seventh Day Adventist elementary school - Basketball
- Meyuns Elementary school - Basketball, Track and Field events.
Programs coordinators and volunteers:
SDO's - Topps Sungino, Peoria Koshiba and Jubilee Kuartei. with the help of teachers, coaches, state representatives and various individual volunteers.
