Dear Affiliated Associations,
It is with pleasure that the Basketball Federation of Papua New Guinea (BFPNG), now extends an invitation to all affiliated associations to nominate teams for the 2017 BFPNG National Championships for men & women to be conducted in Port Moresby from Monday, July 3 to Saturday, July 8.
The BFPNG National Championships for men & women provides competing players with the opportunity for selection to BFPNG National Representative squads for the 2017 FIBA Melanesia Basketball Cup.
Because this is a sanctioned BFPNG event, nomination to compete is open to all teams from affiliated associations, that meet the requirements of entry and have no debts to BFPNG.
Each team nomination will be reviewed by BFPNG, with final competing team selection at the sole discretion of BFPNG.
All teams are responsible to cover their own costs to compete in the tournament including – the nomination fee, travel arrangements, on-ground costs, accommodation and meals.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL TEAM NOMINATION PAPERWORK IS DUE TO BFPNG BY FRIDAY, JUNE 16.
