With just days remaining until the Opening Ceremony of the 14th Pacific Games in New Caledonia, the Pacific Games Council wishes the athletes of the region the very best of luck in their final preparations.
Approximately 3,000 athletes are in the their final stages of training and preparing to fly to Noumea.
The sporting venues are in place, tested and ready for competition.
The Athletes' Village at Nouville is undergoing its final polishing before welcoming the athletes.
The volunteers are trained and looking forward to serving the Games and doing their part to bring success to the event.
And finally the people of New Caledonia are buying up spectator tickets and giving the Games Relay a warm-spirited and generous welcome as it tours the countryside.
