Steve Smith was the inaugural Chairman of OSFO, elected in 2005 at the first assembly in Brisbane. In 2009 he was elected for a further 4 years. Steve's role as chairman means he is OSFO's representative on the Oceania Foundation and represents OSFO at various regional meetings to take the collective voice and opinion of sport in Oceania.

Steve's sport is basketball and he works fulltime as the CEO of FIBA Oceania and currently sits on the central board for FIBA.  Steve lives with wife Judy in Coffs Harbour.

Chet was elected as Secretary General at the first meeting in Brisbane and had his term renewed for four years at the 3rd assembly in Samoa in 2007.  Chet is also the Secretary General of Ocenaia baseball and softball and works fulltime as Coaching Director at Softball Australia.
