The prestigeous Madella Award for the best MEMOS Project for 2009 has been retained by Oceania when it was awarded to Brian Minikin for his project entitled a Question of Readiness.
Auvita Rapilla won the inaugural award last year and this the second ever to be awarded keeps it safe in Oceania for one more year.
