Those of you who knew Santos will remember him as competent and hard working umpire who always gave his best effort in any game he was umpiring. I will always remember the great job he did as the Umpire In Chief for the Mini-Games that were conducted in Palau, it was through his hard work that the games ran so smoothly. I am also sure that all of the Micronesian Baseball Family will miss seeing him on the field carrying himself in a very professional manner, it was said by Umpire In Chief from Australia Mr. Geoff Robertson that Santos was one of the most dedicated and eagar to learn umpires that he had ever come in contact with. The BCO wishes to extend its condolences to Santos family and would like to thank them for sharing him with the Baseball Community.
