The Canberra Region RL Under 18's side was victorious in both of their games played at Leeton last Saturday, defeating Group 20 by 26 points to 18 and Group 9 by 18 points to 14.
As a result, 8 CRRL players have been named in the Bidgee Bulls Under 18 side to compete in the Country Rugby League U18 Regional Championships.

The Canberra Raiders will be running a 'Maccas Master Class' school holiday football clinic on Monday the 8th of July at Raiders HQ for boys and girls aged between 7 and 13!

We are holding an U14 Girls Competition Information Night on Wednesday 1st May at the Braddon Club from 6pm-7pm for any interested girls aged 12-14.

Please note that the junior draws are now up for Round 1, 2 and 3. Please note that draws are subject to change up until the Thursday before the upcoming games, however, we will inform the club of any changes made by the League.
The draw is then regraded in the week leading up to Round 4, after our regrading meeting.

We will do our best to get all the draws up as quick as we can so that players and families can plan around them. Thank you for your patience.

There has been a change to the Goulburn coaching course venues for Monday and Thursday. They will now be North Park,Union Park, Goulburn and will be the practical sessions. The theory part of the course on Tuesday and Wednesday will be at Goulburn Workers Club.

Anybody who has registered for the MGC reaccreditation on Monday, or IGC reaccreditation on Thursday needs to go to North Park.

The Level 1 Trainers Course, to be held in May at West Belconnen League Club has now CLOSED as we have reached capacity. Please also note that the LeagueSafe course at West Belconnen is also closed. Please register for the Goulburn Level 1 Trainers Course in April, or Leaguesafe course in May at Queanbeyan Leagues Club.

The CRRL is bringing back our U14 Girls Competition for 2013! We are looking for girls aged 12-14 to play in a tackle competition.

The CRRL Junior Competition will start on Friday 26th April, with our U16 games. The U6s-U15s will start on Sunday 28th April.

Please note that no paper registrations can be used to get entry into this weekend's game against the St George Dragons. You will need to buy a ticket if you have yet to receive your player/official card. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

The Queanbeyan Blues are 85 years young this year and will be holding a celebration weekend on the 8th & 9th June, 2013.

Congratulations to the Valley Dragons on their outstanding win in the 2012 NSW Sports Safety Awards in the category of Outstanding Safe Sport Practices- Regional.

The Canberra Raiders have used the stars of tomorrow to highlight their 2013 membership television commercial, with players from the Canberra Region Junior rugby league starring in their backyard to promote the Raiders upcoming season.

The 2012 'School of Origin' program, held between Gordon Primary School and Charles Conder Primary School, has seen improvements in schoolwork and attitude both in and out of the classroom.
