Yes its the begining of 2006 and Baketball has started in Fiji with the Hoops Wellington Team playing 3 games with the Under 18 team that participated in the Pan Pacific Games. Also with Raiwaqa selection team, Suva selection team and the Eastern selection. The games was played in the evening at the FMF Dome and results were very encouraging to see the under 18 boys team beat the visiting team and had a tuff game against the other teams. Lautoka, Nadi and Raiwaqa have started their club games and teams are participating well. Moce mada and all have a Blessed Year 2006.
