Oceania, Basketball Official Certification
Guam Basketball Confederation will be sponsoring a Level I, Score Table Technician certification. The clinic will start on February 19-23, 2004.
The course will include technical education on scoresheet management, control panel technician, 24-second clock, technical leadership, and statistical responsibilities.
The instructor for this certification will be Stuart Manwaring, an Oceania Basketball Officer from Australia.
