During the first week of school, NBDO informed all schools about the competition that will falls early April and the same time handed all plans for the school visit session (morning&afternoon) and together with the preparation plan and domestic pregames for the competition.  Letters has also been written and handed to three major sponsors known as Slim prizes, Triple T and Wishing Star company limited through appropriate negotiation.

In every sessions, NBDO perform evaluation as for to identify most talented and potential young players from each schools workin with teachers and informed them that once each teams elected a formal letter will be handed to each of schools to inform them teams are ready.  NBDO will conduct the technical courses plus coaching and refereeing level 0 to each teachers two weeks before the game start in order for them to run regular coaching sessions, refereeing and organise domestic competition in schools.

This will be the annual event for the U12 age categories.  Also through this year these young kids will expected to participate in the federation major event known as the Independence championship.  Not only this age targeted but increase participation in different areas such as the Junior secondary and high schools teams.
