The role of the Junior Gators Committee is to administer the Junior Representative Programme under the GSBA guidelines (available on the Junior Gators website).  Meetings are held approximately monthly from June to March. 

 

The Junior Gators programme aims to provide all players with the opportunity to develop their skills in a safe, friendly, productive and enjoyable learning environment; to provide all players with a high standard of Coaching and instruction enabling them to develop a solid foundation of individual skills; and to provide players with the opportunity to represent Greater Shepparton Basketball at the highest level.

 

The Junior Gators programme needs your support.  If you have an interest in supporting the programme and can spare some time please consider coming on to the committee.  The following roles need to be filled each year – chairperson, secretary, treasurer, coaching panel delegate, coaches and team manager liaison, uniform co-ordinator, media liaison, sponsorship/fundraising and training co-ordinator – and general committee members are very welcome as there are many jobs that are easier with assistance
