Positions Available for Big V Teams
BIG V MENS TEAM ASSISTANT/DEVELOPMENT
COACH
(FOR 2016 SEASON)
Expressions of interest are invited for the volunteer position of Assistant/Development Coach for the Shepparton Gators Big V 2016 mens team. The Assistant/Development Coach is required to work alongside the Coach and is expected to attend training sessions and home and away games which commence mid March and conclude in July/August depending on any finals matches.
Ideally the person will have skills and experience to help develop all players at this level of basketball. As the team has some players under 18 the Assistant/Development Coach must have a current Working With Children check.

BIG V MENS
TECHNICAL ASSISTANT
(FOR 2016 SEASON)
Expressions of interest are invited for the volunteer position of Technical Assistant for the Shepparton Gators Big V 2016 mens team. The Technical Assistant is required to video all home games at the Shepparton Sports Stadium and some away games during the season which commences in mid March and concludes in July/August depending on any finals matches. The person needs to be interested in basketball and also have video camera filming and editing skills. The GSBA has its own video camera which can be used, so the position might interest someone keen to practice their skills.

BIG V MENS
TEAM MANAGER
(FOR 2016 SEASON)
Expressions of interest are invited for the volunteer position of Team Manager for the Shepparton Gators Big V 2016 mens team. The Team Manager is expected to attend trainings, attend home games and travel with the team for away games. The home and away season commences in mid March and runs through until end July – finals concluding in August. Ideally the person has a keen interest in basketball, is terrific at organising all the ‘behind the scenes’ jobs associated with this team and is a good communicator, both written and verbally. As the team has some players under 18 the Team Manager must have a current Working With Children check.
