Gaters beat Easts 30-24 in Premier Grade to retain the competition lead on 13 points, while Pine Rivers beat Aspley 34-28 to be on 12 points. Logan Brothers and Easts share 9 points after Carina beat Logan Brothers 28-26. In the other match, Souths beat Wynnum 42-12, leaving Aspley on 8, Souths on 7, Carina on 5 and Wynnum on 1 point.

In Premier Grade, Brisbane Second Division played Gold Coast on Friday night with Gold Coast beating Brisbane Second Division 28-8. Gold Coast scored five tries to two after having led 6-0 at half time.

Christian Lions defeated Valleys Diehards for the inaugural Charity Shield 20-18 in a hard fought game last Saturday best on ground for Lions were Troy Swift, Ben Winn & Shane Goddard.
$500 raised for KALP (Kingfisher Adult Learning Program) who aid in the care of intellectually impaired young adults, next year a charity will be chosen by Valleys to be the benefitting charity for the day.

After the Easter Break everyone is keen to get back to playing and watching football. All Clubs are reminded to once again print their player list. The ladies in the office have been very busy processing registrations and clearances remember don't risk your team, club or players and ensure the players name is approved - if it's pending, suspended, unregistered, defaulter don't play them.

The complete draw for the 2013 competitions is now available on this website.

The only changes from the original draw for 9 March are in Northside 1 grade, where Brisbane Natives will now play Dayboro at Warburton Park at 3.00 PM and Christian Lions will now play Brothers Juniors at Southpine Sports Complex at 3.00 PM. These changes are due to the unavailability of Dayboro and Gibson Park on 16 March.

Gradings for all grades have been finalised (refer attached document). The draw will now be created keep an eye on our website for more information on game details.
