Burger King 3x3 coming to the Shore!

The Burger King 3X3 Tour is returning to a community near you.  This summer’s tour will be visiting 14 locations around the country between November 2015 and April 2016. It's a fun-filled event with a friendly atmosphere, grades for all, prizes, and this year we have your entry fee covered - so entry is FREE!

The winners of the Open Men’s Grade at any of the regional events are eligible to play in the World Tour Qualifier Final, to be played on 2 April 2016 in Auckland’s Aotea Square.

We are partnering with the There's a Better Way Foundation for the four Auckland-based events (including the World Tour Qualifier Final).  This will mean bigger events in Auckland and more games for you.

FIBA endorsed

All Burger King 3X3 Tour events are endorsed by FIBA as Quest events, which means players will receive the maximum points for playing. By joining FIBA’s 3X3Planet.com, you’ll be able to compare your skills with your friends, and even with pros on the international circuit. The more events you play, the more ranking points you’ll get. You may even catch the eye of national selectors as they look to identify talent for New Zealand representative 3X3 sides (for the Men’s and Women’s FIBA 3X3 U18 World Championships, and the Men's and Women's FIBA 3X3 Oceania Championships Open).

To play you’ll need to register each player in your team on FIBA’s 3X3planet.com

Will you be king of the court? Register your team at 3X3Planet.com and come along to a court near you this summer. For more information, see:

Comment Guidelines: The SportsTG Network is made up of players, families and passionate sports followers like you who have a strong opinion about sport. That's great - we want you to have your say and share your thoughts with the world. However, we have a few rules that you must follow to keep it fun for all. Please don't be rude, abusive, swear or vilify others. Apart from some pretty serious sport sanctions, we also can ban you and report you if things get out of hand. So play fair and have fun, and thanks for your contribution.
