2020-21 Junior College season wrap

The 2020-21 season has concluded for the six Harbour alumni at Junior College in the States.

Congratulations to Jazz Kailahi-Fulu named to the Mon-Dak All-Conference First Team and Keeley Tini to the All-Conference Second team after outstanding seasons for Williston State College.

Jazz played 23 games for the Tetons averaging 14.4 points and leading the rebounding count with 8.1 boards per game.

Keeley played all 24 games and was the leading scorer for Williston averaging 16.2 points per game whilst shooting the 3-ball and a handy 38% (58/151). She also tallied 6.5 rebounds per outing.

Hannah Wentworth finished the season strongly at Utah State Eastern College ending up third on the Eagles scoring list averaging 9.4 points per game over 20 appearances. An 84% free-throw shooter Hannah knocked down her three-pointers at an extremely useful 39% (41/106).

Jordyn Maddix and Parehuia Delamere both played all 20 games for Western Texas College. Parehuia finished averaging 5.1 points per game, was third on the rebounding list averaging 4.5 rebounds per game and topped the steals category for Western Texas.

Jordyn averaged 4 points per game knocking down threes at 36%.

Rashaan Smith played 17 games for Dawson College averaging 2.6 points and 2 rebounds per game.

Congratulations to former Harbour and Rangitoto College representative Gracie Ewins who was a member of the Canterbury University team that claimed the New Zealand 3X3 Tertiary Championship title in Wellington last weekend.
