Bank Med League : Round 3- First win for Anibal , Exciting game in Tripoli

Round 3 of Bank Med League saw the continuity of the goof performance of Anibal , Moutahed & Hoops , In Amchit Byblos welcomed Anibal-Zahle , the guest team who had good performance in the previous two games continued on the same temp and managed to score its first win of the season on the score of  77-56. Anibal dominated the game from the first its minutes and cruised into a big win the end despite the small come backs of the home team . Shanon Terrence & B.J. Raymond continued their performances by scoring 24 for Terrence & 17 for Raymond , on the other side Byblos players were trying to show a good image but couldn’t handle the big experience of the team from Zahle.

In the other game , Tripoli hosted a very exciting game which turned down to be as expected full of intensity , the two teams Moutahed & Hoops battled till the last seconds to win the game but in the end the experience of the home team prevailed .

The first quarter of  the game saw the same story of the first half of the game that joined Moutahed to Anibal but this time the roles were reversed Hoops shocked Moutahed with a big run and outscored the home team 28 to 16 due to the unbelievable shooting from outside the arc 6 out of  8 3 pointers made. Came back in the game by outscoring Hoops 24 to 12 and tied the game at the half 40-40.

The 3rd quarter saw the same tempo continued and Moutahed managed to take the lead especially through Hussein Khatib who carried his team and scored 28 points , he was helped by Reggie OKOSA with 17 points and 9 rebounds. Moutahed finished the 3rd quarter leading 68-61. the 4th quarter was an equal one and the game finished for the Home Team in the end on the score of 88-82.
