Bank Med League - Round 11 : Intensity at its peak

In the round 11 of Bank Med League, Riyadi had to suffer to score a win against Byblos in Amchit on the score of 91-98 , Jean Abed El Nour with 27 points and Joe Vogel with 26 points led their team to the difficult win due to the big intensity of Byblos players especially Calvin Warner who was playing against his old team, he finished he game with 36 points.

In the second game of the round Antranik confirmed its intentions and managed to have its 4th win of the season this time against Chabab – Zahle on the score of 79-73. Chabab – Zahle had a good first half in which they managed to lea but the home team regrouped and took the lead in the second half and started increase the lead but the game wasn’t over until its last minutes due that Chabab – Zahle made a comeback but were not sufficient to secure the win.

In the Sunday games , Moutahed welcomed Sagesse and the game was very close one throughout all it 40 minutes , the lead was exchanged several times between the 2 teams , but in the end the home team managed to secure its precious win after the heroic efforts of Austin Johnson who ha big game with 21 points which secured the win for his team at the score of 77-71.

 

In the last game of the round Champville suffered to overcome the obstacle of Anibal, Champville who’s leading the league without any loss suffered throughout all minutes of the game, Anibal led the game but the lead was exchanged many times, Champville through Fadi KHATIB(33points) & Jasmon YOUNGBLOOD(26points) took control and secured the precious win on the score of 78-71 and kept the winning streak of Champville 10-0.
