U12's and U14's - 10.15am - 12.30pm training session with Curtis and Brittany
All Players, Parents and Coaches to arrive at 12.45pm - A brief meeting outlining all expectations of the year and announcement of Captains
1.45pm - 2.45pm - Bench course for all wanting to learn (strongly recomended) run by Elyse Hicks from BNSW
U16's and U18's - 1.45pm - 3.45pm - training session with Curtis and Brittany
