You have always been able to contact us at the office in person, by phone or by email, but we have recently opened another communication channel with the installation of a suggestions box at the stadium.

CHBA General Manager, Steve Smith commented at the time of the completion of the suggestion box; "We have been working hard to improve communication with our members, through our website, our noticeboards, newsletters, through the media and via PA announcements during competitions. However communication is a two way conversation and I am pleased to give our customers this additional means of providing feedback."

"When one of our senior players recently 'vented' on facebook I realised we needed to make sure there were ways for players, coaches, referees and spectators to give us their point of view." Smith added.

The new suggestions box comes loaded with a pen and "suggestions blanks".
Customers have the option of making a suggestion anonymously or with their contact details, if they would like to receive feedback from their suggestion.

"It is my intention to publicly respond to legitimate suggestions so that all of our customers understand that we would like to hear from them."Smith said.
