Last chance to see both our State League teams on their home court.

Sportz Central will play host on Sunday to a double header State League program with both the SL Men and SL Women taking on the strong Newcastle Association.

The men take to the court first at 10.00 am with the women featuring at 12.00 noon.

With US imports Ashley Buis and Jerard Ajami shortly to leave our shores, Sunday is also the last chance to see them playing for Coffs in our own stadium.

Both of Sunday's games look set to be promising affairs.

Our State League Suns women presently sit top of the table. They are undefeated after 9 games and will be looking to send a message to the visitors from the Hunter, ahead of a likely semi-final showdown next month.

Our Suns State League Men are currently fourth on their ladder but face the top of the table Hunters from Newcastle. The Suns are smarting a little from previous encounters with the Hunters and know that if they can toughen up their defence the visitors are beatable.

Their chances will be improved by having a vocal local crowd behind them in the stands so we are looking forward to welcoming you to Sunday's clash. Some of our
CHBA Junior Suns will be out of town this weekend at State Championships so if you're in town, your attendance is even more important.

See you at Sportz Central this Sunday for a 10.00 am tip-off.
