Following an intensive media blitz by recently appointed CHBA General Manager Steve Smith, both local television networks have been chasing the Greenhouse Tavern Suns State League Women team to catch some of the excitement of the hugely successful season 2014.

Suns players Jessi Reeves and Laura Bamford have featured over recent nights on the news programs of NBN Television and Prime television.

"It is very pleasing to see our Suns Women getting the recognition they deserve." said General Manager Steve Smith. "They lead the League after 11 games being undefeated, have an impressive for-and-against record and feature in their starting 5, two of the leagues top 10 shooters in Ashley Buis and Laura Bamford."

"I am sure many members of CHBA share my pride and pleasure at the success of the Suns State League Women in season 2014."
