"Its hard work and its never ends, but the committee is great and volunteers great."
Port hosts Centrals tomorrow, the seniors coming undone against a new look Bulldogs in their round two visit. But last Saturday Centrals lost to the previously winless North Cairns, who had been pumped by more than 200 points by Port a week earlier.
"To see them get knocked off was just bizarre", Nicholson said. "It might wake them up though and either way we know we have had two tough matches againse them this year. We played really well on Saturday at Souths after copping a fair flogging there last time. "Theres are great rivalry there and I would rate that as one of our best wins." Nicholson credited coach Brad Cooper for the sides early seaons success. "The new guys, from all over the country have slotted in well and its a credit to Coops," he said. "Braf is an exceptionally good coach who I think couly easily get a job at VFL level.
