GLADSTONE VS BITS

The old enemies go head to head in front of what should be an entertaining match.  BITS haven't been as dominant in their games of late, but have still been finding ways to win.  While for Gladstone they are finding form at the right time of the season.

The Animal returns for the Saints and he must be hungry for more goals after sitting out his second suspension for the year.  Whoever Gladstone coach Jason Chirgwin decides to put on him will have their hands full.  Expect this one to be close for 3 quarters before the Saints show their class and why they will be mighty hard to beat for this year's premiership. 

Prediction: BITS by 47 points 

BROTHERS VS GLENMORE

Brothers face the Bulls on what is a big day for the club, with the club holding the Tony Clifford Memorial day.  The day sees Brothers remembers those who are no longer with us that have played such a big part in the history of the Roos, none more so then club founder Tony Clifford.

Once the formalities are over there is a game of football to be won and Brothers would like their chances after putting up a strong showing for 3 quarters against BITS last week.  It will be a tough ask though, Glenmore are in good form and have been for the last couple of months only losing to the Saints.  Brothers are still a mathematical chance for the finals and would love to spoil Glenmore's moment as they start their finals campaign.  If Brothers can win their share of the football through the midfield then an upset is on the cards.

Prediction: Glenmore by 17 points

YEPPOON VS PANTHERS

What a cracking game this should be, mathematically Yeppoon can still miss out on the finals and if they don't get some of their early season confidence back then they will only be making up the numbers during finals if they do make it.  Yeppoon haven't won a game over the last 2 months and it was the last time these 2 sides met that Panthers had their first and only win for the season.

The key for the Swans will be getting that dashing run off half-back going, if they can do this then they will setup numerous scoring opportunities putting the Panthers defence under huge pressure.  Expecting Yeppoon to turn their season around and have the much needed win before finals commence next week.

Prediction: Yeppoon by 7 points
