Youth League Round 13 Preview
Both our Youth League teams have 2 games this weekend, with another Sunday afternoon double-header at the Valley!
Victoria Youth Championship Women
The VYCW have had a great season, only dropping 4 games so far. One of these losses came at the hands of the Knox Raiders. The size of the Raiders troubled the Eagles in the 8 point loss. Diamond Valley have won their last 4 games, but struggled in last week’s game against Bulleen. This is a great test fro the team as they look to lock in finals.
Victorian Youth Championship Men
The VYCM could not of been much more unlucky last Sunday afternoon against the Boomers! The team showed good signs, which can hopefully lead to a win this Saturday. The Raiders are right in the hunt for finals in their pool, so this could be a big scalp for the Eagles. The young group has the ability to knock off anyone in the league, playing a fast-paced and fun style of basketball!
