2013年第四届丹斯里高级拿督陈孟通杯全柔16岁男女篮球锦标赛已于11月十日圆满落幕，感谢各个分会的参与及主办区昔加末篮球公会。

新山篮总第一次派遣球会或篮球俱乐部派队参加此赛会，出乎意料的囊括了男子组冠军和季军，女子组季军，以100%的得奖率打破了以往球会只是陪跑的新篇章，也证明了现代球会的管理和训练系统也不逊于资源丰富的总会。
