U14 Crows Win Again
What made the 31 point win even sweeter is the amazing improvemnet the young crows have shown in the later stages of this season. The U14 Crows were comprehensively beaten by Kenmore to the tune of 61 points in the opening game of the season and to reversve that result by 15 goals is a remarkable achivement.
The Crows now sit in 6th place on the U14 Div 1. AFLBJ McDonalds Cup ladder and are now a genuine chance of playing finals football in just their first season of competing in this highly competitive draw. A huge amount of credit has to go to all players, coaches and volunteers associated with the team. What you have achieved this season is a credit to yourselves and a real boost for Darling Downs football in general.
The Crows will have to find a way to win on the road as they face Sherwood and Redlands through the remaining 2 games of the 2012 regular season. A huge plus for the young crows is that they have beaten both of these sides already this season.
Well done to all involved & GO CROWS!
