COACH REQUIRED FOR NEW A GRADE U18 TEAM
The team will train at Hervey Bay and Bundaberg on the Monday nights, doing skills, fitness and game reviews and then get together for a combined training on Wednesday nights. The aim is to have the coach at one end and an assistant at the other. They will be supported by a range of people including the Development staff.
The coach would ideally be able to match the following criteria
- Coached in the last 5 years.
- Be aware of the development guidelines in the AFLQ system
- Be willing to attend coach development training sessions.
- Able to attend training nights and game days
- Had experience working/coaching youth in some way
