Our Values
The Association strives to be the leader in community based football and seeks to deliver competitions and game development built on a passion for sports and an inclusive approach to all communities.
· We are client focussed. This means we continuously improve the delivery of our products and organisational structure to match and exceed client (players, referees, coaches, managers and parents) expectations and to provide them with quality services.
· We are innovative and an organisation who seeks to assist in helping players, referees, coaches and managers with every service we bring to the market.
· We are a community organisation which recognises that football has a social as well as competitive aspect to it. We therefore reject behaviour which reflects indiscipline, is anti-social and is contrary to the principles of fair play.
· We are committed to continuously strengthening the Football Canterbury brand both internally and externally.
· We seek to expand our market position as the primary provider of the football product within the Sydney Metropolitan area on per head of population for the Local Government Areas we cover.
