Mavericks (2-7) v Warriors (9-1)

AT ADELAIDE HILLS, the Warriors will be playing for an eighth straight win. The Warriors defeated Centrals 84-69 in their last match. The Mavericks’ 105-88 loss to Norwood means they have lost two in a row, after winning two consecutive games prior. The Warriors swept the Mavericks last season.

 

Flames (8-3) v Lions (3-6)

In the Match of the Round, the Lions will be back AT MARS for the first time since their Qualifying Final loss last August. The Lions have lost to 2014 Grand Finalists West and Woodville in their last two games. The Flames, who swept the Lions last season, have won three of their last five, after starting 5-1.

 

Tigers (1-8) v Panthers (4-7)

AT MORPHETT VALE, the Panthers will hope to continue their resurgence when they take on the Tigers. The Panthers looked in trouble at 2-7, but have won their past two matches. The Tigerswere beaten by North 65-75 in their last game, and were swept by the Panthers in 2014.

 

Sabres (3-6) v Rockets (7-3)

The Rockets will meet the Sabres AT PASADENA, where both teams will look to get back to winning ways. The Panthers fell 66-70 to South in their last battle, while the Sabres fell by the same deficit to West. The Sabres swept the Rockets in 2014.

 

Eagles (4-6) v Bearcats (8-2)

AT WAYVILLE, the Eagles will by trying to break a five game losing run against the in-form Bearcats. The Eagles are coming off a 93-106 loss to Norwood, despite the return of former club and Grand Final MVP Adam Doyle. The Bearcats held off the Sabres 73-69 in their last outing. The Bearcats won two of the three meetings between these sides last season, including the Elimination Final.
