NSW teams show NT what it's all about.

Northern Territory locals showed up to the NWBL Round in Darwin over the weekend ready to support on their own. Wheelking's junior, CJ Grogan, was almost worthy of celebrity status over the weekend with many in the crowd cheering on his every move. Playing full minutes of both games, CJ top scored for the wheelkings in Sunday's game with 14 points.

Wollongong's NT representative and Australian Glider, Melanie Hall, was also present but lacked significant court time due to a shoulder injury sustained earlier in the week. She is hoping to make a full recovery in time to take on the RSL Qld Spinning Bullets in three back-back games next weekend in Brisbane.

Other stand-outs from the games included Wollongong high-pointers Brett Stibners and Shawn Russell top scoring in both games. Stibners took 24 points in each game while Russell nabbed 14 on Saturday and 18 Sunday. Craig Cannane also fired up top scoring for the Wheelkings on Saturday Night with 16 points and 2 assists.

In other games over the weekend, Adelaide went down to Dandenong at Wayville Stadium being pushed hard to a final score of 75-38. Perth made the trek to Brisbane to take their third win over the Spinning Bullets for the season in a 93-39 thrashing. Wheelcats favourites, Shaun Norris and Adam Deans, put some massive points on the board however it was Robert Pike that top scored the game with a massive 29 points.
