AGM - Proposed Constitution
At the Annual General Meeting of the Ringwood Basketball Association to be Held on Sunday 8 December the members will be asked to consider the following Special Resolution
“That the members resolve to replace the current Rules of the Ringwood Basketball Association Incorporated with the form of Constitution recommended by Basketball Victoria, amended as appropriate for the Ringwood Basketball Association Incorporated.”
