NEW REFEREE GROUP FOR SEASON 2019-2020
Interested in Learning to Referee at Australind
- Must be 12 years of age and turning 13 anytime in 2020
- If you are not a student then please also contact the Secretary for more information.
On offer
- Green referee shirt - FREE.
- 1 X Fox 40 Whistle supplied. at low cost
- Rule books
- In-house training – rules and court mechanics
- Nationally Accredited referee coaches to help you improve your calls
- Become part of a very friendly group – the third team on every court!
- Assistance with the cost of attending BWA accredited Referee Courses
- Social activities
- Awards at the end of the season
Be prepared to attend education sessions – at least three (3) before the end of 2019
The first session is usually the last Friday of the October school holidays
Must agree to abide by the uniform rules for the Beginner Programme
A green shirt and whistle are provided by ABA.
Juniors must purchase a pair of PLAIN BLACK SHORTS THAT ARE AT LEAST THIGH LENGTH.
