COACHES INFORMATION SESSION

 

 

EDUCATORS:                                                                       EXPERIENCED ABA COACHES

 

 

This is relevant for ALL COACHES OF UNDER 11 & 13 BOYS & GIRLS TEAMS

 

DATE:             WEDNESDAY 25 SEPTEMEBER 2019

VENUE:          Leschenault Leisure Centre

                        Courts 3 & 4

TIME:              Gather at 6.15pm

                        Start 6.30pm

Finish 7.55pm                                                             Must be out by 8.00pm

 

 

BRING:           Notebook, pen, own basketball if you have one (any size) – it would help with supplies on the night

OTHER:          If you have a name tag that you could wear that would assist with communication.

                        Footwear to do some courtwork as this will be largely practical in its delivery to help with your training sessions.

 

There will also be a short session on local rules for our competition in season 2019/2020.

 

There will be information on the “NO ZONE RULE” for these two competitions.

 

Manager/Manageress welcome to attend this session as well.

 

Note:               ALL ABA COACHES & MANAGERS OF ALL DIVISIONS ARE NOW REQUIRED TO BE A MEMBER OF THIS ASSOCIATION. THE FEE IS $2.00 AND PAYABLE BEFORE THE 3^RD PLAYING DATE.

If you are a player then you are already a member and this does not apply to you.

 

The ABA committee will be endeavouring to run two more Coaching sessions before the Christmas break in an attempt to assist new and existing coaches with the development of our junior players.

If you have any ideas that could assist this programme then please write them down and leave with a Committee member on this night.
